I am new to the list and am researching the BIGGS family. Maybe you can help me with 2 questions. 1. I have found a biography of sorts for William Kesner Biggs in a History of the Methodist Church. It states he died in Quitman on 11/6/1913. I have not been abt. to locate Quitman in any AR county for 1910 census. Any ideas? 2. I have Joseph(us) C. Biggs who is said to have been committed to the insane asylum in Pulaski County in 1893 but have not been able to find any information on an asylum. Any help here?
