I am trying to find out if Henry T. LIGHTFOOT left a will stating his heirs or if he died intestate, did the court mention any heirs? I "know" that his daughter Mary b. 1808 is the same Mary who married 3 times and thus could be called Mary ROSE ROUNDS YARBROUGH. The evidence points this way but need the proof.
