My grand father James Andrew Collins "Andy" died Step 3 1938 in Randolph County Ark. My mother said that he died at home and there was no furneral home , Not sure how to word this! He was laid out at home. He was buried in James Cemetery. I sent for a death certificate but never got one. So what can or should I do next? Second question ? My grandmother Mandy Elizabeth Jones Collins had on her death certificate a social serurity number at the end of the number is the letter T what does this mean? Thanks so much. Jennie
