Hi, I'm new to the list, so came in late on this discussion, but inferring from the response below, it seems someone was in need of soundex codes? I have a freeware program that I downloaded that has the codes. All you have to do is enter the name, as best you know it to be- and it will give you the soundex code. I have only used it a few times, and don't claim to be an expert on soundex, but it worked great for what I needed. I don't remember now where I found it- one of the genealogy sites (duh.)- but I just checked, and I still have the program zip file, and I should be able to send it to anyone who is interested. I have scanned it for viruses, and have used it on my computer, so I am confident that it is a clean file (though I would always encourage anyone running any imported .exe file to scan to their own satisfaction). If anyone would like to have this program, just send me a note- off list, and I'll be happy to send you the zip file. ===================='leigh On 29 May 2000, at 0:31, LLynch9242@cs.com wrote: > Hi everyone, I found a place with all the cemeteries in Arkansas and there are > maps that we can zoom in on and locate exact location of a particular cemetery. > However, since then I have completely forgotten where that was and really need > to locate it again.
