Could anyone tell me what records would be available for the Lawrence co area. My husbands Leach family came there between 1814-1820, I believe it may have been still territory at that time, how would I find records, at least one child was born there also. James Leach, wife and son Joseph b. 1814 there was a daughter Rebecca b. 1816 and another son James H 1818. So it is possible the later two were born there. thanks sharon
