I would appreciate help in obtaining information on my great grandfather Basil Gaines. I am not sure of the spelling of his christain name. He was born in Tennesee . I would guess the time period of his birth to be approximately 1865 or a few yeaars later. My elderly aunt says hs family came from England. He married Amela/Amellia/Masilia Katherine Bean in Arkansas. They had a daughter Queen Vicrtoria born 12-4-1888 in Arkansas. Queen Victoria married Jerry Harley Wonser and in the early 1900's both tje gaines and Wonsers moved to Washington state. Basil died in the early 1930's in Eurica Flatts near Port Angeles.
