Don't count on ANY Grand Lodge giving you information. I was very disappointed. After requesting infromation on the date my father was raised as a Mason THE Grand Lodge of Texas sent me a letter denying me that info. I can go to Texas to the Grand Lodge in Waco and look at some records, but as I live in SC now, that is impossible for me. My father was a Mason in Texas. He had a masonic funeral at the grave site. I was 17 at the time and very distraught. I didn't pay attention to the cermony. I am sure they said how long he was a Mason. SO I will never know how long he was a Mason. You can be sure that in my records that my Children and generations to come will know that my husband was a MASON and Knights Templar And A Shriner. Annette
