Does anyone have anything on the Barry King Taylor family (he may have been known as B.K. or Bennie at that point in time) from 1870 and later? He served in the 8th Arkansas, moved following the war and may have remarried following the death of his first wife in the 1860s. My gg grandfather's brother Barry (b. 1830 TN) and wife, Martha Cooper, were in Rapps Barrens/Union townships, Marion/Izard Co. in 1856-1860. Children and ages in 1860 were Emily, 9; Mary, 7; Melvinia, 5; Abner, 3; and Sarah, four months. I've seen mentions of similar names in Lawrence and Sebastian Counties but have not been able to nail it down. Any help would be appreciated. Robert Taylor East Wenatchee, WA rktman@aol.com
