Go to Rootsweb.com and on that title page you will see on the left-hand side "Social Security Death index". When you input your grandfather's name, you will see "generate letter". Click on that and you won't have to type anything. Good luck Cyrille ________________________________________________________________ The best thing to hit the Internet in years - Juno SpeedBand! A few weeks ago, someone sent me a copy of a letter I could send to request a copy of a form my grandfather filled out for a SSN. He was born in 1897. My computer crashed. I lost everything that everyone sent me because I put it in a seperate file in my email. It was a form to send to Washington DC somewhere. Help, please.
