Hello Brian & all my other possible cousins- I went to one of my favorite sites - http://mapping.usgs.gov/www/gnis/gnisform.html - and tried the variant spelling "Glouster" and hit paydirt! Looks like it is located in Athens Co. I visit this site often for this type of search as they can search for various spellings and a number of other interesting fields. You will also have a chance to look at detailed maps of the state and your city! Hope that this helps!
