Welcome, Brian. I don't believe I've ever run into the name Rowland ADRIAN, and I can't find a Gloster in Ohio either (after quite awhile searching various maps). I'm excited, though, to see another Adrian looking in both Ohio and Illinois. My husband's family was from Illinois, and somewhere in Ohio before that. I have a James Willard ADRIAN (1858-1933) married to Zara Ellen HOUGHTON. They raised their children in Mattoon, Coles County, IL. According to his death certificate, James was born in Cleveland, OH, son of John ADRIAN and Elizabeth TIPTON. However, there's no sign of this family in Cuyahoga County. There was a John with wife Elizabeth and son James W. that almost match the dates who were way down in Conshocton County. Perhaps, we'll at least run into each other's names along the search and be able to share. Jodi
