Germany, France, Spain, and England were all part of the Roman Empire and all show evidence of having Adrian's who eventually emmigrated to the US. (Surprisingly, I've yet to hear of one from Italy). Perhaps we are all connected, or perhaps not. But the name seems rare enough in the US that it becomes easy to feel a kindred to other Adrian's that one encounters. Have fun.
