Bailey and 2nd wife Vergie?? Elvin's father was James Cornelius Adkins 12-20-1857 in TN and was married to Eldora or Eldona C. Williams-1867 and they were married 3-1885. James C. Adkins father was C.Adkins. Elvin had 3 sisters, Rellie, Ellie V. and Pauline and 3 brothers, George, Forrest and Wilburn. I have hit a brick wall since, I never knew my Grandparents or very many of the family, and now all of them are gone and I need help.
