Isom Adkins (b. abt 1845 in WV) m. Elizabeth Blankenship (b. 1850 in WV) married appx 1870 in Guyandotte, Cabell, WV Isom and Elizabeth moved across the river to Catlettsburg, Boyd, KY where they raised their family. Isom was a riverboat pilot. Elizabeth's father was Enoch D. Blankenship (b. 1822)from Greenup, KY (next to Catlettsburg) but raised his family in Cabell Co., WV. Children of Isom and Elizabeth: Girard Frankie Nettie Melvin Samuel Vinson (moved to Columbus, OH) Pearl Any information on ancestors is appreciated. There are several Isom/Isham Adkins' in WV born about the same time, especially in Boone and Fayette counties so I really need some direction. Thank you
