My mother was his sister, Alta Adkins Napier who married Charlie Napier from Radnor, WV. Most of their married life was in Ohio - Sterling, Rittman, West Salem and finally, Wooster. Both Alta and Charlie Napier died in 1991, 10 months apart and are buried at Rittman Cemetery. Tony's nick name was "bow legs." He and his wife Dimmie came to our house in Rittman, Ohio after they were married and stayed with us for a while.
