I am tempting once again to hopefully find a fellow adkins researcher that can help me. I am seeking any information on the parents of Effie Adkins. Effie was born May 18, 1891 and died March 01, 1920. She married Charles Willis July 28, 1909 in Greenup County Ky. According to their marriage record... Effie was born in Pike County, Ky. Her death record states that she is the daughter of "Nate Adkins" and "Katherine Smith". Effie had at least one sister..."Dellie" She married John Blake. My Uncle told me that Effies family was from "Prichard", West Virginia. I have come across several Nathaniel Adkins...but none seem to line up. If you would have any of these names in your data base that would be similar to my family would you please contact me. Effie is my Great Grandmother and I have searched to know about her for years.... Thanks
