They are dated two different dates 1810 & 1819; however the names of the children involved are almost identical and I wonder if the dates could be incorrect, or if they are for two different sets of children. Also, would like to know who were the parents of these orphan children. The children listed for 1819, could possibly be for Stephen & Catherine Atkins. If the 1810 is correct - could these children be for John & Winney Dyer Atkins? Would appreciate any help. Susan M.
