They had a son, Francis Marion Adkins, whose son, Gilbert Lafayette Adkins was my G-Grandfather. Gilbert and wife, Josephine Teter, had 11 children, of whom, Wilbur Lewis Adkins was my grandfather. I can't seem to get information earlier than Joseph---who his parents were. Noone I have contact with can, either. Thanks for your contact.
