We use to go thru there all the time from VA to KY. Mother was VA, dad from KY. After you cross Cumberland Gap you are close to Middlesboro, KY. So Rose Hill is really close to Middlesboro, KY. Jonesboro, Rose Hill, and Ewing are in VA. I cannot remember for sure but I do believe it is highway 58. Goes from Gate City, VA to Middlesboro, KY. Hope this helps. Doris
