He died Sep 1980, St. Clairsville, Belmont, OH. I do not know his father’s name. His mother’s was Ora Adkins, yes, her maiden name was also Adkins. Can anyone help me identify either Adkins line? Talmadge was called Nick. He passed on extremely little information on his father's family. (Note this is not my personal line but I am trying to do some research to get a friend started in family history.)
