William may be a son of Elijah/Elisha and Rebecca Adkins. Does anyone know if William and Frances had a son (or other relative) named William M. Adkins (b. 1867 - 1871)? I have been struggling to find William M. Adkins' parents for a long time and some things seem to point to a connection of some sort to this family. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!
