That's what the numbers seem to say. I would like to suggest an idea to you. Sometimes back in the day before birth control an older female relative would take an out of wedlock child to raise as her own when a very young family member became pregnant. A recent example is the actor Jack Nicholson, whose grandmother raised him. He was told that his birth mother was merely his sister and didn't learn the truth until late in life.
