Children are French, Ralph and Laban. Also in the household is a nephew, William Adkins (12). Can anyone tell me who William's parents were? I did find Wyatt and Matilda in Elliott Co., KY in 1870 and Morgan Co. in 1860. In 1860 it looks like two sisters (maybe?) of Wyatt's, Elizabeth (25) and Susan (21), are included in the household. I believe Elizabeth lived next door to Wyatt and Matilda in 1870 with two sons, Rufus (10) and William (8). The years of birth for all of these people vary a bit from one census year to another. Is it possible that Elizabeth Adkins' 8 year old son in 1870 is the same 12 year old William Adkins living with his uncle Wyatt in 1880? If not, who did that William belong to? Any help sorting out this family would be appreciated!
