    1. [ADAMSON-L] Cemetery restoration
    2. Jerry F. Adamson
    3. I want to tell everyone of some good Samaritan work. I want to publicly thank the following individuals for performing major restoration and future up keep of an Adamson Cemetery. It is the family Plot for Stephen Hatfield Adamson (1822-1891) and his wife and children. The size is only about 20 by 40 feet, and contains his family. It is called the Adamson Cemetery, but because of two Adamson Cemeteries in Greene County Pennsylvania, some researcher refer to it as [Adamson (Crouse School) Cemetery]. Its only about four miles west of Waynesburg and close to the Highway. First Thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Ross Adamson of California. Ross is a descendant of Stephen Hatfield Adamson . Ross arranged for some very heavy lifting and resetting of monuments. The Cemetery has been overgrown, not maintained and All monuments has fallen over. Secondly, I want to thank Jim and Betty Grove of Waynesburg PA. They have offered to take care of the cemetery in the future. Jim is also a descendant of Stephen Hatfield Adamson. Our Thanks to both families for job well done.
