Hello list... I have been going through some items from my grandfather's trunk and came across some random notes of his military career, while with the U.S. Cavalry on the Texas-Mexican border, 1915-1942. He mentions having served under a Capt. ADAMSON at Brownsville, Texas. I cannot tell if the Captain or my grandfather was the one who suffered from Malaria and Lumbago. Might anyone on the list know... Who this Cavalry Officer might have been and when he was at Brownsville ?
