Died at the residence of Thomas Clark of this place on Monday night, Sept 12, 18??, Mrs Charlott Long, wife of Richard Long of Union Co. Iowa. The deceased was a sister of James M. Adamson and Mrs. Tom Clark of this place and had come with her husband to attend the funeral of Mr. Jessie Long. She took sick with Typhoid fever and after a short illness passed over the river of death leavig behind a husband and several children- the youngest a babe with out a wife and mothers care. ***************** The above, Mrs Tom Clark is Lettice Adamson, wife of Thomas Warren Clark Elizabeth below is Elizabeth Hatfield Mother of James, Lettice and Charlotte and Others and wife of Josiah C. Adamson (1802-bef 1838) ****************** Waynesburg Republican: April 22**, 1881, Elizabeth ADAMSON died at the residence of her son-in-law, Thomas Clark, in Prairied City, Iowa.
