I know you are all holding off in posting anything, so I will start: To my surprise I sent the notice of the mail list to every Adamson researchers I have in my address book, at 5:00 am this morning. By 7:30 am we had eleven members subscribed. So knowing that we will get more later this week, I will post this now and again at some later date. As I can monitor the numbers of subscriptions, I will do so when it levels out. In the mean time, I suggest you post, save your message and post again. That way we will be gaining knowledge.. My effect is to collect ALL ADAMSON INFORMATION. I have expanded my search efforts in the last year to include the KY/OH Adamson's that are Descendants of the brothers Joseph and John ADAMSON who moved to Mason Co. KY about 1794. All in last year, I have taken interest in finding all children of Simon Sr. (that's going to be a choir). My third interest is extracting 1880 soundex for all states for Adamson's. This also is going to be quite a task, but I have started. Lastly, I have an WEB page that includes a database showing Adamson researchers that are descendants of John Adamson. If you are a descendant and your name doesn't show, let me know the connections and I will correct the database. If you aren't a descendant of John, let me know your lineage, as I intend to modify the database to include more or add another database to reflect other researchers.
