I have only found the Marriage Bond, which is dated 13 Dec 1809. It is signed by Uriah Wiggins and then the mark of Joseph "J" ADAMSON, his bondsman. It was witnessed by Marshall KEY Know nothing about Margaret or how Joseph is related. Uriah and Margaret moved to Catahoula Parish, LA, where Uriah was already residing. I believe he returned to Mason Co., KY to visit relatives. There were a William and John WIGGINS, who signed an Oath of Allegiance, along with Uriah in Washington Co., MD in 1778.
