Do you know what the criteria was to tax single men. Age ? Living on land?? Could a young man (say 25 years old) living with his parents also be taxed?? What happened if he was married and had wife and young child living in the same household as his father.?? If father under 60 and father over 60. This may explain a lot of questions I have had regarding Land Tax. Seems like owning the land was not the criteria, was it more like an occupation or living tax??
