To ALL List Members: >From List Manager: Today the list membership went over 100 members. For information, the list was established on March 4, 1999, about a year ago. This exceeds my expectations and I hope the list can be of more help to you. Many of you have not posted any messages stating your needs, or to share any information you may have. Others have posted messages last year, however our membership has doubled, and I suggest that everyone submit a new message. You will be surprised as to the information that will surface if you will ask the question to the list. My desire is to publish All Adamson researchers in the Researchers Data Base on the AdamsonAncestry web site. This lists only the Adamson Researchers and their connection (if known) to each other. I used the "*****" as part of the persons given name and this highlights the researchers. You will note that almost fifty Adamson researchers are now listed in this database. We need more! The basis information that I need is dates AND places (If Known) for the the primary events of Birth, Marriage, Death, Burial and Cemetery name. I need this for yourself, both parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, etc. back to "how far you can go". My computer program, will not publish any information on persons that are living. It just lists the name. You can see how the information will be used and example of how data is / "not" displayed. The site is located at: http://homepages.rootsweb.com/~jadamson/research/research.htm Also I need your permission , if this information is not already published somewhere else. I can and will withhold any information that you not want published. If you use a computer program, I can take Gedcom files. Send all information direct to me as any attachments will be rejected by the mail list. Contact me direct if you have any questions. .............jerry jadamson@rectec.net

I loaded several new photographs to the AdamsonAncestry Photo Album. The cemeteries are two in Texas, Two in Prowers County Colorado, and All of the Nebraska cemeteries. I did not check all links. Please report any broken links or mistakes to me direct. These photos were taken last October. The photographs for Chambersville Cemetery in Texas are not of the best quality, as almost all were taken with a flash. It is the best I have. Hello Jerry MAY YOU HAVE A MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR! Genny
Members: I just recently completed extraction of all Adamson's in the 1880 Soundex. You should note that the soundex included only households with children 10 years of age or under living in the home. If you have a need for finding someone whom would be listed, I would be glad to do a lookup. Please provide me as much information as you can. The listing is very Large. I have extracted most fields: Name, age, relationship, Place of birth, as well as State and County of (census) residence along with other family members. As you knows, Soundex extractions are only aids, and errors in extracting can be accumulated, but they are extremely handy in determining general information and residency of a family, and can point the direction to a more thorough census search. Please submit any requests via this mail list. I will respond via the list, and perhaps if someone else has additional information or the actual census data, we can share. ................jerry -- HAPPY HOLIDAYS ------ SEE my Christmas Card:- http://www.rectec.net/users/jadamson/secret/aa-xmas-99/index.html Jerry F.
