Given the involvement of the original Adams, and the descendant playing his own great grandfather, I'd say this is a terrific example of genealogy "coming to life". The signficance for people who have an interest in the surname Adams, or share that same surname, would be much greater than any other forum, I would think. I agree Gary that there needs to be more stories about our Ancestor's to go along with the names, dates, wills & census records...... But what I am saying is that we need to discuss the MOVIE less & the STORY of ancestors & such more. RW frowns on "off topic" (Movie) chatter. that is why I (the listowner) am requesting that the movie (itself) be discussed less, but the ADAMS topic the story of the movie can be shared. I get the point. Mine was, the movie seems to be about an Adams (two actually) with a descendant playing the role of the ancestor. Can't get much more genealogical than that...
