Surnames: Adams/Potter Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/CI.2ADEB/9328 Message Board Post: Hope someone has some information on this: Ellen A Potter married Frances M Adams on Sept 28th 1870 in Morgan County. I found Ellen with four children on the 1880 census but no husband listed. Ellen was living with her father. Then on the 1900 census she is listed with 2 more children and now listed as a widow. The census shows that Frances was born in Missouri and Ellen. I have been unable to find Frances or Francis Adams on the 1880 census or earlier.
