Hi. I have a Frances Marion Adams, b. 6 Dec 1859 in MO. But I have that he married Icy Dora Freeman in 1879. She was b. 9 July 1857 in TN. They moved to Texas at some point, I'm not sure when. I wonder if our Frances Adams are the same? Or possibly related? 1870 would have been a little early for him to be married. . . hmmm. My Frances died 24 Jul 1924 in Kimble County, TX. I found Ellen with four children on the 1880 census but no husband listed. Ellen was living with her father. Then on the 1900 census she is listed with 2 more children and now listed as a widow. The census shows that Frances was born in Missouri and Ellen. I have been unable to find Frances or Francis Adams on the 1880 census or earlier.
