Adams, 75, a resident of Centralia for the past 20 years, died at his home Thursday evening. He was born May 24, 1896, at Weed, Lincoln County, N.M., and was a former resident of Oregon before coming to the Centralia area. Mr. Adams was a retired logger and millworker. He worked at Centralia Plywood for 10 years before retiring. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War I. Survivors include the widow, Alvina W., Centralia; a son, Frank, Burnaby, B.C.; a daughter, Mrs. Sid (Lois) Sheard, also of Burnaby; three sisters, Mrs. Dora Nasheim and Mrs. Bess Ford, both of Kamloops, B.C., and Mrs. Pearl Bourne, North Surrey, B.C.; and four grandchildren. Services will be Monday at 11 a.m., at Newell-Hoerling's, Centralia, with Pastor Eric A. Bevon officiating. Services will be concluded at the chapel. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens, west of Chehalis.
