The father was George Adams of Watertown Mass. 1640. He had many children, of which three brothers moved to Windsor Ct in 1680's. Part of that line lived in Simsbury, CT. I have found a Hiram Adams (Middle initial I must look up) buried in Tarriffville, CT just southwest of the Hartford CT Airport on the map. ( old St Andrews Cemetary ) Part of this Adams Line moved to NYC. This may or may not help you. Your first step may be to contact directly the Simsbury, Ct genelogical office. I believe they will have birth & death records on a Hiram Adams line. I estimate dates around 1800-1850. If dates match you may have a strong connection here.
