James Adams died 26 Dec 1775 New Braintree MA married 24 Dec 1741 Boston MA to Elizabeth Johnson/Johnston who died 24 May 1806 New Braintree MA. I have no birth or parentage on him. He moved around a bit living in Worcester 1743 Shrewsbury 17447, Leicester, Hardwick, & New Braintree 1750. They had 8 children born in some of the towns mentioned above between 1741 & 1760. I have not been able to connect him with the Presidential Adams line of Henry Adams. It has been suggested that he may be a more recent arrival in the Bay state.
