John and Rebecca Adams were children of Dr. Allensworth Adams and Elizabeth Sartain who lived in Robertson County, TX, in the middle 1800s. I have searched the census and found John living with his father in 1860 and have found nothing else on him or Rebecca. Allensworth came back to Kentucky after the Civil War with a different wife and younger children. Our family would like to know what happened to these two siblings. I have tried looking at the Rebeccas in the both the Kentucky and Texas census, but I do not know her correct age or her married name, so that causes problems. Is anyone researching a family that resembles this one? I would be glad to exchange information. Maxine
