Adams Mrs. Elaine Adams, 69, of La Grange, passed away last evening in a Merced hospital after a lingering illness. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Rose Porter of Chowchilla; five sons, Thomas A. and Raymond H. Adams of Selma; Robert D. Adams of San Francisco; David Clinton Adams of Eureka; and James L. Adams of Vallejo; one half sister, Mrs Alice E. Trumbly of Oakland, and 19 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon , at 2 o'clock at the Jay Mortuary chapel. Interment will be in the Arbor Vitae cemetery. Would appreciate any information anyone has about any of these people. This woman was my g-grandmother. She lived most of her life in Madera, California.
