They have an index of death, estate, birth and marriage records. Some records go back into the 1770's. You might want to look there. Their office staff are very helpful if you find something that might be your family. A lot of the info is just a name and a volume or page # but you might find him there. There is also a Prothonotary department website that has court appearance records as well as immigration and naturalization info. You can get to that sight with a link on the Reg of Wills sight.
