His father was William V. Adams married to a Mae Allie Phillips, and his father was a Captain James Adams married to a Mary E. Adams. I found out their children were Luly or Lula, Willy, Rata or Rachel. I'm not sure but an older Rachel was mentioned and this lady could be the mother of James, Margaret, Sam'l, and John H. I'm not sure if we're related, but I'm just tossing this out there in case a connection can be made. Maybe someone knows something about this lost line.
