    3. Saturday, when I started my Adams search again I decided to look at the Booe family information. The family names are still online in two places. You can find them only through Google. One has surnames and short biographies and the other is photos. I looked under "Adams" and found a William Adams who married Sarah Jane Ratledge in Wilson Co. TN. Sarah was b. 1851. Ratledge is a large family in Rowan/Davie NC. This William Adams was the son of Elijah and Mary Smith Adams. Both William and Sarah Ratledge Adams were b. in TN according to her biography. The only child I know of for sure belonging to William and Elizabeth Hall Adams is William JR b. 27, Sept. 1819 Rowan Co, "shortly" after William and Elizabeth were married 2, Sept. 1819. Some other researchers have found their children on KY census sheets I believe. They should be correct. I have tons of Hall family info going back to England, PA, DE and then Rowan NC. Their given names were used over and over. If anyone wants info about them I will gladly share. If you want to look at the Booe family pages go to Google, type in booe adams , the first line in the list will take you to photos. If you want biographies for William Adams and Sarah Jane Ratledge type in the two names and the first line in the list will take you to the Ratledge page. From there click on William's name and their children. Ron Booe's book is titled "The Weathervane". It covers the Buher (Booe) and allied families in Rowan/Davie Co NC. John Tomlinson was the bondsman for William and Elizabeth when they married and also one of the Executor's for Abraham Hall's will.
