Like other families, there could be another intermarriage of the Adams and Hood families after David and Nellie.

S.C. in 1850 census there was a William Adams in the home of J.H. Hood living next door to other Adams family members. I believe this is a child of John Adams and Mary Brown who died in 1844 and their children were raised by various family members. Wondered what the connection was to the name Hood.
