Looking in Bourquard's book "Marriage Dispensations in the Diocese of Louisiana and the Floridas: 1786-1803". Sorry, Andrea, there does not seem to be mention of this marriage. The index contains mention of some people named Pierre MICHEL (one age 60 in 1795, one age 73 in 1798), and named Margarita BLANCHARD (one had a grandson getting married in 1796, one with a son getting married in 1800). No Jean MICHEL or Marie BLANCHARD. That's all I see with those names. Oh, I just realized: you are asking about an 1807 marriage. The book covers only 1786 to 1803. Is there another marriage dispensations book I don't know about?
