The Notre-Dame du Calvaire/Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery located in Chartersville, New Brunswick may now be accessed at: http://www.acadian-cemeteries.acadian-home.org/frames.html There are 6,162 photos of headstones available thanks to Hector Boudreau, his wife Jeanita (nee LeBlanc) and Francis LeBlanc of Moncton. I don't know how they did it! This is very time consuming work. Hector tells me that the Chartersville Cemetery serves some 14 parishes and that is why it is such a large cemetery. The parishes served are listed on the web site as well as three photos of the cemetery. It also seems that people who have moved away are often buried at this cemetery.
