I have tried for a long time to find this LeBlanc family among the Acadians but to no avail. As they say in Woolmarket that dog won't hunt. So, the next logical path seems to be a military man from New Orleans, Mobile, or Pensacola. I have seen some lists of militia for that era but none provided the detail needed to help me. I think that I need to see inside the folio of the service man. Therefore, are such records available on the Internet or microfilm? Any suggestions? Thanks.
