Paul, I've traced the Governor's various lines. I sent it to her for review via Warren Perrin just prior to Hurricane Katrina so I suspect that it will be a while before I get any feedback. There were a few gaps that I needed filled prior to completion. I don't feel comfortable posting until I receive approval.
