Thanks for making my day. First time I ever got so many responses to a question AND a confirmation of my thoughts. My aunt Nola was called Tee Nag and she was done so affectionately. I don't know why, since she was definitely female in all meanings of the word. Her husband, was large, dark and had many characteristics of our supposed/assumed mixed heritage.
