According to Robert and Clarence Breaux, authors of Breau Genealogie 2004 Edition Magdelaine 's parents were: Jean Baptiste Bro/Marie Rose Landry They agree with your listed date of marriage to Honore Breaux , This Honore Breaux was the son of Alexis Breaux and nephew of Honore Joseph Breaux, the two (of many) Breauxs who were exiled in Port Tobacco, MD and went to Louisiana aboard the Guinea in Feb. 1768. The two brothers, Alexis and Honore (and first cousin Joseph) led the protests and petitions (against their forced settlement near Fort St. Luuis, Natchez Territory) that eventually led to the Spanish Governor O'Reilly allowing the Breauxs to move down river to the earlier established settlenents (St. James, St Gabriel, Manchac). Great coverage of these events in Quest for the Promised Land, by Brasseaux, Garcia and Voorhies and separate articles by Chandler and Riffel.
