    3. Hi, Also don't forget to check your local library. My library has Ancestry, only for use at the library. They also recently added Heritage Quest. This can be used online at home for free. Library card number needed only. Heritage Quest is also getting ready to start adding historical newspapers to libraries. Ours has it as a coming soon. I've heard that it is being offered thru more libraries all the time. I know from other lists that there is a library in West Va. that uses it. Worcester, Mass. did a trial period with it but they decided not to spend the money to continue it. Budgets are tight for libraries. It would be a good project for historical societies to take on. They could offer it along with membership or an additional reasonable fee at a web site, or they could help fund it for their local library. Depends on how the library treats genealogy also how the society operates. Just a thought.
