Morning All, I have found what I think to be three (3) spouses for [Andre] Valerien PREJEAN, [Andre Maximillien PREJEAN & Marguerite Josephe [Josephine] BREAUX]. They are [1] Odile BROUSSARD, m. 23 Oct 1851 [Laf. Ct. Hse, Mar. #120]; [2] Celeste BEGNAUD, m. 23 Dec 1856 [Laf. Ch., v.4, p. 138]; and [3] Marie Umea CASTILLE, m. 15 Oct 1879 [Carencro Ch., v.1, p. 117] If this is agreed upon would anyone out there know who the parents of these spouses were? Help would be appreciated :-) Andy Scott

Hi Andy, I have Valerien Prejean married to Celeste Begnaud (no other wife listed). Celeste was b, Jan 28, 1838 and daughter of Alexandre Begnaud and Elisa Constantin. I don't have Celeste's death date nor names of children. Alexandre Begnaud was born June 26, 1815 Lafayette and d. Nov. 23, 1882 his parents were Alexandre Narcisce Begnaud and Fanelie Landry Elisa Constantin was born March 13, 1818 St. Martinsville and died March 11, 1898 her parents were Jean-Martin Constantin and Marie Sonnier I'm sorry I don't have sources listed in my FTM files. Begnaud/Constantin are some of the first lines I started working back in the late 60's early 70's and may have sources on my paper files. Sorry to say those are still in storage. I hope this helps.
